You could get creative in the kitchen at the vegetarian societies Cordon vert cookery school, chill out on the snow over at Chillfactore, fly through the air at Airkix or get the adrenaline running over on the race track at Daytona Karting. For wet weather and younger members of the family the Trafford Centre offers a range of family friendly entertainment.
Look out for Legoland Discovery Centre the first in the UK due to open in Trafford in spring 2010.
